Sometimes Guest OS will go stale / hang due to various reasons..

    Some cases, I found Management Services Restart solved issue..

    ESX
    ---
    service mgmt-vmware restart
    service vmware-vpxa restart

    ESXi
    -----
    ./services.sh restart
